Mandeep has more than 19 years of vaccine industry experience having worked in various roles in Clinical Development, R&D Strategy, Project Leadership, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs initially at Shantha Biotechnics Limited in India and then within the Sanofi US vaccines group. Mandeep has worked on a variety of bacterial and viral vaccines (including novel and first in class vaccines) globally and across the complete development lifecycle of the vaccine (pre-clinical to launch) in LMIC and HIC settings. He has actively collaborated with a variety of national and supranational agencies plus Industry partners to lead and oversee the development of vaccines which are currently licensed globally and being used in routine and outbreak settings. Mandeep has also completed additional training in Business Management and Leadership at the Stanford University School of Business.
