As a strategist in biodefense and medical countermeasures, Dr. Stebbins oversees ATI’s Medical and Health Security portfolio, which includes major public-private partnerships for HHS and DoD valued at over $60 billion, with nearly $1 billion in annual funding. Key platforms under his leadership include the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle (RRPV), Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Preparedness Consortium (BioMaP), and the Medical CBRN Defense Consortium (MCDC).
Dr. Stebbins is recognized for connecting government mission needs with innovative partners across industry, academia, and manufacturing, strengthening the nation’s preparedness and bioindustrial base.
