Personal Information

Milan Raska completed his Ph.D. at Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic. He subsequently undertook postdoctoral training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Birmingham, AL, USA, in the laboratories of Professors Mestecky and Novak.

Dr. Raska is currently Professor of Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic. He has published more than 120 papers in peer-reviewed journals. His research focuses on novel approaches to the design of recombinant protein-based and DNA vaccines, as well as on liposome-based and other particulate delivery systems for recombinant antigens.
